Are Meepo boards waterproof?
Meepo boards are IP54 rated, meaning they are water-resistant against splashes and light rain. However, we strongly recommend avoiding deep puddles and heavy rain to protect the electronics.
Can I take my Meepo board on an airplane?
Standard Meepo batteries typically exceed the 100Wh to 160Wh limit set by most airlines. We recommend checking with your airline or purchasing our travel-friendly battery packs specifically designed for air travel.
Is it possible to return my board if I change my mind?
