At Meepo Board, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your ride; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return window for boards in new and unused condition. Please note that return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply depending on the condition of the returned item.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Document Condition
Provide clear photos or a short video of the board and its odometer to verify that the product is in original, unridden condition.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Pack the board securely in its original box with all accessories, including the remote and charger, to prevent damage during transit.
- 4.Ship and Refund
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package at the designated carrier; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
